Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the giat4d platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances. giat4d employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

As part of our commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling, giat4d requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing any withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as an Indonesian KTP identity card, passport, or driver's license) and, in some cases, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) and proof of payment method ownership.
KYC verification typically takes between 24 and 72 hours. During this period, you may continue to play and place bets, but withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of verification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account credentials with any third party. giat4d accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian residents: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits and account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR or Rp).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 (twenty-five thousand Rupiah) for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within 15 minutes, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing time.
giat4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or interbank transfer charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
Withdrawal requests must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet that was used to deposit funds into your giat4d account. This anti-money laundering requirement ensures that funds are returned to the legitimate account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Rupiah).

Withdrawal requests submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB) are processed fastest. Requests submitted outside these hours or on weekends/public holidays may experience delays. First-time withdrawal requests may take longer due to additional security checks.
giat4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large withdrawal requests (typically withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or unusual withdrawal patterns). This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
If you have an active bonus balance or have claimed any promotional offer, your withdrawal request may be subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (typically 3x to 10x, depending on the promotion) before the bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Specific bonus terms are provided at the time of each promotion and take precedence over these general terms.
giat4d offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sporting events including football (soccer), basketball, tennis, badminton, MotoGP, and esports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the sport and the betting market selected. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BWF). giat4d does not accept responsibility for disputes arising from overturned results, protests, or retrospective changes made after initial settlement, except where required by regulation.
Voided Matches: If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned, or the bet may remain active until the match is rescheduled, depending on the specific sport's rules and the timing of the cancellation. All casino games, including slots, table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat), and live dealer games, are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms or, in the case of live games, by physical equipment operated by licensed live casino studios (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live).

Obvious Errors: If an obvious error occurs in odds display, bet settlement, or account balance, giat4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Examples of obvious errors include a clearly incorrect decimal point (e.g., odds of 100.00 instead of 1.00), bets accepted after an event has concluded, or technical glitches that result in incorrect balance crediting.
giat4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
If your account is suspended for investigation, access will be restricted and no deposits or withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is complete. If your account is terminated for breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may request account closure or self-exclusion at any time by contacting customer support.
